Habit 1 - Water

So I said I was doing this a few weeks ago - but now starting for real.

Habit number 1 - drinking water

So drinking water when I wake, with every meal, whenever Im hungry. Must drink more water. This will be my main focus for this week.

  1. Good plan. Take to carrying a bottle of water around with you (or putting one at every place you sit down which is the messy way I do it :D)
