Small group PT session at 6am this morning. Lots of squats and lunges (I'm sure lunges were invented by the devil!!), triceps dips and planks, and a bit of boxing to round it all off, which would've been fun if it wasn't also for the 1 1/2 minute wall sits. Ow.
And I always drink at least 1x 750ml bottle during and more after, but I always seem to end up with the headache from hell around about 10am. I came home, drinking my up and go on the way, had banana and yoghurt and LSA for breakfast, altho the aching and nausea was already setting in, went to work for a boring 2 hours, and then came home at 10 feeling like utter shite. Not fun. I don't know if its dehydration, although I don't seem to get it on other days I go to the gym.
So then home from work, ate cruskits, and then made french toast for lunch. And yummy stir fry for dinner. Was feeling like dessert, so today we had canned pears, with a small amount of vanilla ice cream, so feeling pretty virtuous.
Weigh in and measurement day tomorrow. Feeling nervous about revealing my true size to the world, but I need a good starting point. See you then xx
I get crazy bad zomg I want to die headaches when I have sore shoulders or neck. That wouldn't be contributing would it?

Now, if only I could follow suit and get motivated enough to exercise properly!
Thanks, I think a sore neck possibly does contribute - I will get him onto the job :) It is plagueing me again today too - silly head/body
