D-day

So nervous about sharing this with everyone, but everyone has to start somewhere. The weight and body percentages are measured on a body analyser scale, so the percentages are not perfectly accurate, but at least I will be using the same scales each month so they will show any changes anyway.

  1. I don't know what most of those values mean without a context, so I am interested to see how they change as you go along. But I am really proud of you, eating well, making plans to avoid temptation, exercising, you are doing great!

  2. Hey Candi
I'm really proud of you for posting this info! And you're right - how can you know how far you've come, if you don't know where you started! I'm all for taking measurements as opposed to just weighing yourself. I find that the tape measure is my friend when the scales are not! This is especially true for me at the moment with my training programme, scales havent moved much but boy have I lost some cms!
Kia kaha lovely! If I can help in anyway, or give any advice from someone who has been there please let me know xx

    Hope
