ReplyDeleteI'm really proud of you for posting this info! And you're right - how can you know how far you've come, if you don't know where you started! I'm all for taking measurements as opposed to just weighing yourself. I find that the tape measure is my friend when the scales are not! This is especially true for me at the moment with my training programme, scales havent moved much but boy have I lost some cms!
