Enough is enough
I started this blog to chronicle my journey to awesomeness. That is health and fitness and confidence.
And so far, I have lost 2 kgs and done f*ck all else - to the point that it is making me angry at myself, which is also not a good place to be.
I have started volunteering at the zoo again, as well as trying to get into a zoo keeping course. Physical fitness really does help for these. Work is busier - again would be nice to have more stamina and fitness and strength.
Plus I just need to do it. Im wasting too much money - by buying fast food and by paying for a gym membership and not using it. Time to kick my own a*se into gear and sort my sh*t out. Time to look after myself. Here I am panicking about my partner having surgery with a 1-2% chance of death, and Im walking around obese and basically a ticking timebomb. Not cool.
So I will also try to blog more regularly and keep myself accountable - and I need you guys to kick my arse also please :)
